Telkom sucks big time!!!

I've cancelled my service with another ISP for Telkom because of the great deals and on a weekly basis I had to log a fault. Takes forever to solve. They make the mistakes and I sit with the problems. My time I sit on the phone waiting. No 24/7 support team. Bill me wrong. They just can't do anything right. I think it's time to take this further as the think they have the monopoly. Can't log into my account via website or app to get any account number or ref number as well. Just very convenient for Telkom.
