Telkom sucks be careful guys

So we went to telkom took out a hauwei p smart an a wifi router for our daughter for her birthday right everything went so nice service was great a few months down the line we took out a mate 20 lite then everything was good paying it every month then we received a bill that the hauwei p smart is in arrears an we thinking how could that be because we are paying right go into telkom then they explain an saying we owe them R3000 rand I was like what the **** so it's saying that the mate 20 lite an the wifi router is on one account but how can that be if the hauwei p smart an the router was taken out the same night an the mate 20 lite was taken out a few months later an then we got a call from a guy Donald stating that's it is our fault an we have no choice but we have to pay it there's nothing they can do what *** customer service is that an to think telkom of all people then I ask him to speak with his supervisor he then tells me his supervisor is not in the same area as him as he is in East rand an his in west rand an I also recorded the conversation we had on the phone I want everyone to know how bad telkom is an I want to expose them more an more because this is not on if I don't have this solved I'm going to take all devices back an cancel every contract an not pay them because they are ridiculous with there service
