Telkom sucks *****

I have a business with 3 lines. All 3 lines have had intermittent service since 2018-04-04, and been down since 2018-04-11. Telkom claims thay are waiting on cables - but in the mean time my business has no telephone lines nor adsl service. I dont know what to do anymore as no one is willing or able to assist me
