Telkom sucks!!

Telkom came to install fibre at my work a month ago and since then there is no wifi or internet, we have been on tge phone for days on end but nothing is being done, I have asked fir a technician to come out but nothing has been done!! Instead we have to pay every month and cant work because of no internet, will never ever ever use telkom again!!!!!!!
