TELKOM SUCKS

I have been with Telkom for a long time now and i keep on having issues with them, but i was patient and try to be the better person, but enough is enough.

We have moved and made arrangement for our fiber to be moved to the new address (two weeks in advance), we received a ref number and when the day came for them to show up to move the fiber, the never pitched. I took off work so i could be there. . . We phoned them and all they said was "Oh we made a mistake on the order, we should phone back in 48hours. I phoned this morning to do the same process.

NOW we need to wait for 7-21 days before they do anything. So we paid for the fiber as we do every month, but we have no fiber and they have the full payment

This is pathetic, i would advice NO ONE should use TELKOM, they are the worst.
