TELKOM SUCKS AS ALWAYS WORST SERVICE PROVIDER 10 FOLD!!!!

Is there anyone in this World that can take Telkom on - This is the worst Service provider ever. You call their telephone numbers on their invoices or letterheads - goes through to a call center, you hang on for 10 - 15 minutes on your Cellphone to get to speak to someone and then eventually you can't anymore and you hang up. You call the numbers they quote on the internet for help and assistance, hang on 10 - 15 minutes. No one response. Oh my God!! Seriously how do they get to operate at such a level?
