Telkom sucks and their staff is useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In 2017 I cancelled my Telkom line. I went in to the Telkom branch in Lakeside mall Benoni. The reason for me cancelling is because I moved to Thailand. To my surprise, when we can on holiday now in March, the pathetic company did not cancel my line. So they are still billing me for something that I clearly am not using. I doubt that a shot company like Telkom will ever survive in Thailand. I went to the branch in March to find out what is going on. I spoke to a white lady that logged a call and advised that a Pretoria number will call me. She also gave me her email address which I think is **** as I have mailed her over and over. The e-mail address was ********** They are still billing me even though I have been living in Thailand for the past 15 months. They have even put my name as bad payer on Transunion. I think that they are pathetic and their staff is useless!!!!!!!!!!! No one even bothers to get back to you in any way. I am back in Bangkok now so how the hell am I supposed to sort out their mess now. I can think of a couple of word better than pathetic but I am sure I will get arrested if I share them. How the hell can they bill me for something I am not using. That house was even sold. But yet they keep on billing me.
