Telkom Sucks

So here I am paying for a 10G line and I am lucky if I get a speed of 3Mbps. Yet when I phone to ask if there are any problems with their system the answer is no. Then we go through a whole process of resetting my rooter. After the reset things are great for if I am lucky 12 hours and then we are back to the same situation. I pay for a service that I am not getting and they don't give a @@@@. I mean how is this possible, I don't have a landline anymore so there can not be a problem with my lines.
