Telkom sucks!

I canceled my month to month WiFi contract in March with immediate effect, end of April I got deducted the full amount, I called in, agent told me I would be getting a full refund within 7days as they saw that there were no data usage and that they saw the previous agent made comments about cancelation but nothing was put through. a Whole week later I called in again, another agent told me I don't get a refund, so when I asked for a copy of my previous call she said I need a court order to get it!!! So I left it and canceled AGAIN!! now AGAIN end of May I get deducted another full amount for the contract??? Nearly R2K that they have taken from me!! How do I get this sorted??
