Telkom Sucks

Have a 2 year sim contract which I was able to send 1 gig data to another Telkom phone until 3 months ago as I get 10 gigs per month. Have requested an answer from them and they have so called escalated it twice already with still no clear indication of why it cannot be done. Super frustrated right now.
