Telkom SUCKS

Telkom is extremely good at promoting new products and services but they fail their existing customers month after month. Every month I pay my bill yet, like clockwork.every 15th or 16th of the month my services gets suspended. Whenever I call into the call center the calls either get dropped, the agents speak over me, have a horrible attitude or don't care to resolve my issue. I don't even want to talk about the " manager will call you back", because that is non existing. Every month I'm told my services was suspended coz I went over my credit limit yet my bills are paid on time every month. I get told I have to make an additional payment to lift the suspension which I do out of pure despair because I can't afford not to make contact with my children. They keep escalating and logging tickets yet I get no feedback but lo and behold come the following month, it's the same issue again. I've always recommended Telkom to my family and friends and everyone in my household is on the Telkom network but the level of service is absolutely appalling as of late. They care more about their bottom line and getting new customers than what they care about the customers that's been with them for years. I probably wasted my time writing this review as well but I need people to know what a horrible business Telkom has become. I will definitely be canceling my contract with them. They can go to hell🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
