Telkom SUCKS!!!

After 3 attempts to re-instate my fiber business line that was disconnected after my son's death (I was still paying my monthly fee), only to find out that there is no record of all my attempts or new contract. I phoned 10213 several times and each time was told there is no record of my application - even the order number that was given to me at the Woodlands branch, did not exist.
