Telkom sucks

I bought airtime and data worth more than R200 and cant use it because of this TelkomSA-R ish that no one from telkom call center seems to know how it works. There is no network in my area for over a month now. Not even Telkom SA works on both calls or data. I'm really disappointed by the way Telkom operates nowadays... To think I used to recommend to so many people who have joined telkom. It is now worse than the worst service providers.

Been calling Telkom for over 3 weeks with no solution, helped by rude and *********** agents.
