Telkom sucks *****

we signed up for a R99 data contract. due to the covid19 situation both my wife and I lost our jobs. with no money coming in we manage to pay the R99 via EFT. because the debit order gets returned because of no funds Telkom adds R202 to our account.they are not willing to change the payment method to EFT which means every month the unpaid costs will be added to our account. I want to cancel this product and i want the unpaid costs reversed. the agent did not offer any other solutions to our situation. i am disgusted in telkom. case number **********0
