Telkom sucks

Telkom is the most inefficient network provider. I've tried to report my sons cell phone ******, no option on their call centre no and neither their watsapp line. They have made it impossible to report, no help whatsoever. Now I'm reporting it to the police without the itc number. Thank you telkom I will use another network. The worst by far...
