TELKOM SUCKS

On the 31 July my account was debited R1211.09 from my bank account but money was returned into my account and Telkom did not notify me instead the tried to double debit me on the 15th August and it failed due to insufficient funds being available and again not contact was made, then on the 25th August the debited R1742.40 from my account. On the 30th August they suspended my account. I called in and they said that I had to pay R580.29 to activate my account which I did and it would take 48 Hrs. I followed up and was told that the R1742.90 was debited by collections and would take 7 working days to clear. Each time I get a different story. I followed up today and now they blocked my account because it was short-paid by 50c!!! Seriously 50c!!! Their call centre agents are totally ***********. I requested a manager call me numerous time and I am still waiting for that call. I paid for a service which I am not getting. They are plain and simply the worst service provider.
