Telkom sucks

Good day I am having problems with telkom they just debit money any time from my account.. And the agreement was the 5 of each month.. Now they say I owe then 1038 which was debit again but it's not reflecting on the side.. The question is how do u debit someone and can't see after 72 hours.. I really regret taking the contract with them period.. Because Im forever paying penalties when there's money on my account
