<p>long story short 25 Jan no phone line no DSL technician came 27 and 29 Jan I phoned helpline about 30 times after posting on hello Peter on 6 may got an email to say it has gone to management level ref number A ********** 2 and they will be in contact with me to report on the progress I'm still waiting 15 days later phone the help line and they can't tell me anything what service there is none </p>
