Telkom Sucks!!!

For more then a year, I have complained about the internet being slow on our side, people come and fix something, but not the problem, at last a gentlemen with the name Steven Tlou came and figured out it is the router, he really made effort. Now, my router is out of warranty, because Telkom failed to figure out the problem, when I started complaining, Telkom suggest, I take a new contract to get a new router, now they only have a 20G lite option available on promotion and me as an existing customer do not even qualify for the 6 months cheaper option. The new router was delivered yesterday 25 August 2022, trying to set it up, the router is not allowing to configure on the 10.0.02 portal, not on the laptop or any of the 3 cellphones. A brand new broken router 😡😡😡 Who ever I speak to tells me, I have to go to the nearest Telkom shop. I will not, it is going to cost me R1000 diesel, I am really exhausted, I have tried to stay with Telkom and give the benefit of the doubt, but can no longer.
