telkom sucks

So i apply for an upgrade by telkom online which they told me i must do cause the deal i wanted is online only. so i get a message back to say im not yet due yet telkom phoned me to say i must upgrade and im due. anyway i wait for the 1st of september and reapply. nobody contacts me and i phoned them 2 days later only for them to tell me the deal i asked for doesnt exist. luckily i have screenshot of the contract app**** for. So i tell them to check and see for my application and funny now they have no records of it so they tell me maybe the phone is out of stock yet they have the phone on a higher contract. this has been a back and forth experience for a 3 weeks with their false advertising.
