Telkom sucks

<p>Telkom called me and offered a cellphone contract which I decided to take. When the devicem was delivered it was the wrong phone. I contacted them and said that the phone we have agreedon does not correspond to what is delivered. They told me that they need to listen to the call recordings and will come back to me. After 3 days I called again, after minutes of holding the phone hung up and the occasion been repeated. i got through to a consultant and she said that the courier company made a mistake with the delivery and i should phone them, (who have arrange for delivery me or them???it is there client and they should take it up with them. I left a message Yesterday for a call center manager to phone me in which I have received no call. I have tried 3 times this morning to get through to the 018180 without any luck. Telkom is one of the service providers with the poores service I encountered in my life and would never advise someone to use their services. The phone is still in my possession, and I refuse to pay for something i have not ordered and most definitely dont want. That such a company can still exist is beyond my understanding.</p>
