Telkom Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>its not even 6 months that i has taken out a new contract with telkom and it has already becoming a night mare!! they do not disclose information about vaule added services with the contract everytime i have called in to have that removed no agent can help , when they cannot assist you they go on to passing the buck to another department or forever having you on hold , now agents on they side are even doing ***** by processing online applications without clients authorization , agent by the name of Olwethu Gcweka and nobody at telkom can locate this agent or even cancel the application , really Pathetic, poor service from you guys. this morning was actually the 20th time that i have called in and got no assistance ....</p>
