Telkom sucks

why cant i get hold of telkoms account dept. it doesnt exist. the damn self help option doesnt work and you cant chat to an agent. i have a bill dispute. been charged dishonored debit fee for a debit that went through and the debited amount shows as an arrears amount on the new bill. the department that handles this kinda **** doesnt exist at telkom iv been trying everyday since 1 June 2020.
