TELKOM SUCKS!

I recently app**** for a contract with Telkom. The lady asked me some personal questions regarding my expenses and income and told me I qualified for the package. She told me that the first debit order will be deducted as I asked on the 15th of each month. I should have my copy of ID and proof of residence ready as they will deliver within the next 5-7 working days. I JUST RECEIVED AN SMS TELLING ME THAT I HAVE BEEN DECLINED DURING CREDIT VETTING. I have been a customer of Telkom SINCE EVER. Even right now my prepaid sim card is with Telkom. I can't get hold of the call center!!! I have rep**** via their web site for a call back 3 times now?! I do not see a reason why could be declined. I suggest someone from Telkom contact me to rectify this. I have been waiting now 48 hours for them to get back to me!!!
