Telkom sucks

The star I gave there was extremely excessive I've been waiting three days for my sim swop as mine was damaged when my house burnt down I've been with all networks and this is the slowest at just about everything . I do understand the going in to the store for security reason but there is no reason it should take this long. I hate this I feel ?Ike crying and the customer service just listens they don't assist or help they just listen, Like shrink
