Telkom Sucks

Telkom called us two months ago with what we thought was to good to be true,telling us that we had no choice to go wireless they are taking all the copper due to theft in our area. Telkom telling us they will cover all the costs as we were not finished with our previous contract, they even sweetened the deal for us at a extra cost of 200, so we got a upgrade from a 4 meg to a 10 meg, I have called Telkom endless times to tell them that we are not getting a good connection to be told that we must take the router to a Telkom branch its faulty.... Um I just got the damn thing, not including that now if we have load shedding I can't use the Telkom line. So the upgrade we had NO choice to take, has now cost me 2 months of nothing, I'm more off line then on, but should you not pay they fast to send message's, why should I pay for something you promised me and not got, Telkom I'm sad to say you have no right to say you look after your valued customers you officially suck,people should not judge you by your cover but the nonsense which is within
