Telkom sucks

<p>I was given a world call voucher instead of Telkom landline credit. I contacted telkom via twiiter, website, online chat, email, in store to try and exchange it. All giving me the run around. I know its not impossible to change the voucher for me. R100 voucher is alot for my mother, for you guys its meaningless. Thats why we're treated like we're meaningless. </p> <p> </p> <p>Definitely not signing up for mobile contract after this. </p>
