Telkom sucks

I wonder if telkom will ever improve on their service Lerato Paulina assisted me on the 2019/06/24 11:36 AM, i gave my new bank details to be updated so that they can continue debiting me however because they are capable of not doing the right thing they did not. Even worse they still have a nerve to send me an email informing my account is overdue and yet it's their fault the details were not updated. How do you handle such incompetence
