telkom sucks
<p>I app**** for a adsl WiFi connection at my home. Stayed on the phone for more then an hour placing my order then was told to make a deposit of R700. I did so and then 2 days after my deposit was made I got a call from telkom saying that they can't give me the WiFi as the area I live is a high risk area for cable theft. But now I'm struggling to get my money back. </p>
I am very disappointed in telkom. I especially asked the agent more the twice if they do cover my area and he said yes but they only cover for the 2 megs per second. My kids and myself was so excited. But then after I made the deposit I received the bad news that telkom refused to lay lines in my area.
