Telkom sucks

<p>So I took a router with telkom last year, which has been going fine then this year early I took a telkom contract phone and all has been well till this month when they suddenly mention fees we never agreed on and payment dates I never agreed on which has led to my account being behind with payments. I then called to query everything then they took me back and forth with no hope of assistance from manager. I regret the day I took and account with telkom.</p>
