Telkom SUCKS

Telkom is impossible to deal with! I cancelled a contract in February, it was confirmed cancelled in March and my account is still being debited. This is theft and you cannot get hold of anyone other than call centre staff who DO NOTHING TO ASSIST. I'm disgusted, horrified and out of pocket
