Telkom sucks !!!

So I have a data contract with Telkom . I took the data contract for R369 last year. Now I get charged 550 a month and I don’t know why and they do not stick to agreements , I am very responsible with my debt and I have never in my entire life been called by a debt collection agency for a payment that’s a month old . Considering I asked them to change my bank accounts and they like no we can only do that next month , next month came . The app is quiet it displays no debt , I go to a Telkom store to change my account . What I can tell you is this month my debit order was suppose to go off on the 20th , the 20th has passed and they haven’t charged me. Because I’m so disappointed I don’t even want to know how we got to 550 a month. Do not join these people because being called by debt collectors could mean that your registered as a slow payer but I didn’t do anything.
