telkom sucks

ordered fibre a few weeks ago...was invoiced R700 for deposit.....paid it right away...10 days later call to track my order and there is NO order in my name. How can you raise an invoice without an order??? Now today I follow up with a call to be told by the lady that "she has no access to the system ever...she just takes down numbers so her "colleagues can call back" Getting NOWHERE!!!!!!
