Telkom sucks

I have a problem with Telkom. I am so sick of their bad services when it comes to my telephone lines and adsl. I have got a reference no: ********** 9 I have been having problems since October last year. They take their time to fix a problem and then it only lasts for a day maybe a week then we are back to square one. Then you log a complaint and then it takes 3 weeks to fix a problem. But they keep charging you and please don't try not to pay then they suspended your account. Telkom is really a bad service providers and they suck big time. We are a business and they are costing me a lot off money and I have to buy data and air time. If they keep up with this kind of service they are going to loose me as a customer.
