telkom sucks

Telkom is not fair on there clients,i changed my bank account and spoke to a consultant who never changed it as payment was being tracked.after that i made eft payments on my accounts and every time its a story that they cant track the money .every consultant i speak to have a different story.last payment i made of R1100 was short paid by R12 so they cant connect my phone,i made same day another R230 payment that they say i must pay.still my phone is off.my bank account was also debited for R1111,77 ON THE SAME DAY AND STILL MY PHONE IS OFF.i writhing this while im already on the phone for 30 min waiting to speak to a manager and then the call is cut.dont get answers just consultants that thump suck
