Telkom sucks

I have made an online application in October 2018,and then cancelled it again in November 2018,I did all the calls spoke to different people that told me that my application was cancelled. In January 2019 deductions went off from my acc of R360 and for a device that was collected at my house which I don't have and use. In the beginning of February 2019 again 2 debits went off from my bank acc, 1 of more than R1000 and then again 2 days after that R800. I would like to know what the he'll os telkom doing because this is a bad reflection on my bank acc for debits that's going off and no money in my acc for them to take, I'm so ****ed off for this because this means I could easily be blacklisted . The reference number is ********** 4. The cellphone number for this device is ********** 088. I need answers as in yesterday.
