Telkom sucks

I am experiencing problems with Telkom regarding my cellphone and wifi accounts where I do payments via Eft after receiving my statement from Telkom store at N1 City in Goodwood indicating what amount I had to pay. I was too late to change my banking details thus had to do a manual payment ar Shoprite in N1 City. The phones and wifi remained suspendet because according to the call centre the paymenr does not reflect on the system yet. Four days later and more than four hours total time spent on calls to the call centre and being told that they apollogise for the inconvenience also telling me that it was an error on Telkoms side and that they have esculated the matter to yhe billing department it took them four days to activate my number 4days later. The other account has two cellphone contracts as well as wifi all of wich is for bussiness use was paid as per the statement I was provided by the Telkom store at N1 city payment was done at Shoprite as well, the services remained suspendet. On phoning the call centre AGAIN I was informed that I paid R58. 03 short but I paid what I was told in store this was the 23rd Nov 2018, on the 24th I paid the R58. 03 but had to wait 4 days for the payment to reflect on the account and I am still waiting for a supervisor or manager to come back to me. Then my service was restored on tje 26th of November but then my payment was due on the 30th of November again I couldnt do it on debit order because they couldnt update my details while the accounts were suspended and they wouldnt be able to do a debot order on such short notice. On the 30th of November 2018 I paid the accounts via eft and I paid an extra R100. 00 on each account, I also forwarded the proof of payments to ********** I mean ive learnt now believe it or not today 4 November the accounts were yet again suspended because it doesnt reflect on their system! This is utter bull**** and I would like to warn anyone wanting to switch to Telkom to think twice Regards Eugene van Emmenis
