Telkom Sucks

We took out contract with telkom Bay Wedt PE in June. 2018. Within 4 days the cell phone become faulty. The phone was replace. Begining November 2018 the new phone screen lifted out of the phone. We took it in to telkom . On handing in the phone at telkom there report amd photo's taken by them ,that the phone is in good condition. No cracks or damages on the phone. Only the screen lifting .

After 4 weeks, telkom inform us the quote for repairs is iver R5000 rand. There report from technitians now stating the back of phone is cracked phone was bend,motherboard to be replaced and screen to be replaced.

At no stage was the phone in condition as indicated by technitians. The phone was damage from telkom to their technitians during transport of the phone. telkom also now state the phone now out of warrentee because it was open. Open by them.
