Telkom sucks

I have ordered a parcel from Telkom a week ago , the call center called me back and approved the application as it was done online . Now a week later I have received an sms from my bank that the amount for the parcel has been deducted , yet I don’t even have a tracking number for my parcel !!! I have also received absolutely no feedback as to when I can expect my parcel !! Calling the call center on 10213 does not help as no one ever answers ! How can they take my money and not deliver ? ? I am so disappointed in the service that Telkom has given , I fact I can’t even call it service as I have not received any service ! I am still unsure if I will even receive my parcel .
