TELKOM SUCKS

So.... I just came back from another visit to this pathetic store. I requested the signed documents that show that we have upgraded to the 10 meg line... "Manager" - Mercia Prouse has no explanation of how this happened. What a surprise. TELKOM - YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!! Never in my life have I experienced this. You want us to first pay the R2000+ that is "outstanding" for a "service" that we are not receiving before you will look into the matter? THIS IS UTTER BULL ****.
