Telkom sucks....

<p>I have recently opened a contract with Telkom..i have my contract for four months and I'm already having problems with them.I have smart plan 50 which is R159 and I also took out insurance with an amount of R83.the total amount of which I suppose to pay is R242..the first month I suppose to pay the R242 and a pro rata of which was half of that...which suppose to be R360...comes to the end of the month they say I must pay R900.I go to the Telkom branch in town to find out y I mst pay so much they telling me I went over my spend limit which was 150 which I never even requested.I was so ****ed then I askd them to cancel it the consultant said it was cancelld... It came to the second month I again had to pay R400 only to find out the spend limit was never cancelled..I'm so scared not knowing what to expect this month end.</p>
