Telkom sucks

Have been trying since 7th August 2018 to move my fiber line. Called with the necessary info like my new address. I moved from one flat to another.have been phoning and collecting reference numbers and names since then.no one has gotten back to me or called to install my line. I am so tired of spending hours on the phone to telkom.also getting billed for a line that isn't even connected. I just need answers or cancel this subscription.please !!!
