Telkom sucks

I'm really not impressed with the service of Telkom this far I took out a contract yesterday and my phones still not working now I'm struggling to get things sorted but Telkom consultants not very helpful... Day staff and there call center staff ***********... I feel like canceling this contract.... Telkom your service sucks big time... Quick for sales but bad with customer service....
