Telkom sucks

received a free Telkom wireless telephone that does not work! reported fault to Telkom Bayside on Monday 4 September unable to receive calls. Telkom office assured me problem would be sorted within 24 hours.....we are now sunday 9 September, 144 hours later still no joy. Family and friends were unable to contact my wife on her birthday on the 7 September.

When will this be sorted out and how much discount will I receive on my account???
