Telkom sucks

I'm horrified with your services and I an Not even a customer yet. I have signed up with the new Fibre packages for vumatel/Telkom. Agent (. Mtokozhizi) ********** 888.. And confirm that our modem would be deliver in 5 days.. It's day 7.. I called in via a Telkom store too be transfered too your online department.. Spoke too a lady named umtomijan.. That told me that no order is under our name and that she could see enquiries from 2014 and even the wrong adress the first consultation we have given our adress atleast 10 times.. No order at all.. Than I ask her if she would be willing too assist me in getting a new order. Her response was the systems is down and they are experiencing technical difficulties.. I should call back in 2hours. I did that like a fool.. Spoke too a lady name Alicia that was unable too assist in even putting me through too a manager or team leader which I asked for after explaining my story.... She said the system is still down and she can't assist me.. She can't call me back and she can't take my email adress how do u people do business.. I'm so frustrated.. How do even get and maintain clients in exceptable..
