Telkom sucks

I have had a very good experience with Telkom Mobile when it just started, I had multiple unlimited Contracts which allowed me free calls, free data and SMS’s

I recently tried to cancel a 5 GiG Promo service because the billing was incorrect and then everything went pear shaped, they cancelled my mobile phone and then restored the service but now I only get free calls , I have to purchase data bundles which is normally free .. the 5 GiG Promo is not cancelled and I am being billed R950 which was only R200 before .

When you try to contact anyone at TELkOM they do not give you a number that you can call them on .. if you phone their office number you go to the call centre and then you wait for hours before you can speak to someone.

If you do not pay your bill .. they want to hand you over to lawyers to black list you.

I want to start a class action suit against TELKOM for billing people for services that they do not deliver .. any lawyers reading this .. that is interested .. please call me.

Any one else that feels the same way send me your details.

Think about it .. how many people pay for a 4Mb ADSl service and do not even get 300kb ?

I even tried moving my ADSL service by filling in the ONline form and have not heard from Telkom .. I now have no service but am still paying the account
