Telkom sucks!!!!

My Dad has tried for 2 months to cancel his landline!! When he goes to a Telkom store, they refer him to the internet!! The internet???? Old people hadly know what that is!! I have now gone onto the internet to register his account online. There is a 3step process explaining how to cancel your account, but it does not even work as they explain???? It is physically impossible to cancel ones account???????????????????????????????????????
