TELKOM SUCKS!

Telkom is terrible! I app**** for an ADSL line around 20 May 2018. Can you believe that I still do not have anything installed in my house! They said initially installation is done within 21 days. After the time passed I started following up. Firstly you have to wait for ages for them to answer the phone... most of the time you give up after holding for 30 minutes. If you eventually get through to someone they cant book a specific appointment. I asked them several times to book the installation over a weekend (which according to them is not a problem). I keep getting calls in the middle of the week asking if they can come and install, they're at my house. Once I even got a call from them saying I reported that my ADSL line is not working and they are at my house to fix it... Hallooooo! I don't even have an ADSL line yet. Each time they phone I ask them to please come over the weekend. Once, they confirmed they will come on the Saturday, Saturday nothing happened, I phoned the person and they said: "oooh sorry no I cant come". Everyone else I've spoken to said they will send it back to refer to someone for the weekend... Needless to say, nothing ever comes of it!!!! I feel like just cancelling the whole thing. If I struggle to even get it installed, imagine how much more trouble still lies ahead in this 24 month contract!!!!! SOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!
