Telkom sucks!!!

THE WORST SERVICE I have ever received!!!! After 6 months of waiting and paying my bill, telkom has still failed to do a line transfer I asked them to do in feb, I have phoned several times, spoken to several people, and for some reason none of them can do this simple task? Why are you hiring *********** staff is my first question, as well as how do you still have a monopoly literally being the WORST most unorganized company I have ever come to deal with. Not helpful at all. Awful service.
