Telkom sucks

I am once again lodging a complaint against telkom and their nonsense service and *********** consultants. I have been having an issue with a Wi-Fi router from the very first month i received it and all my complaints fell to deaf ears. I tried to cancel but they refused. All these months down the line and i really have not received help at all.. then their billing department is worse. They seem to pick people from the dumps to work as they are just as useless as the company they work for
